your tasks

• Conducting sophisticated data analytics to support data-driven business decisions and strategies.
• Application of mathematical models and statistical methods to solve complex problems and optimize business processes.
• Develop and interpret dashboards, reports and visualizations to present analytical results in an understandable way.
• Collaborate with different departments to develop relevant KPIs and analyze their impact on company goals.
• Implementing and automating data analytics processes to improve efficiency.

your qualifications

• Required expertise:
• Solid knowledge of statistics, linear algebra and stochastics as well as experience in dealing with large, complex data sets
• Knowledge of programming languages ​​such as Python and R as well as SQL for data analysis
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and in creating meaningful dashboards
• Practical experience in modeling and analyzing data structures, time series analyses and regression models
• Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of machine learning methods and algorithms for predictive analysis

Further requirements

• Completed studies in mathematics, statistics, data science or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to communicate results in an understandable and comprehensible manner.
• Independent and precise way of working, combined with a high affinity for numbers and data.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills are a must-have.
