Who you are
• You have previous management experience from high volume retail or multi-unit food service industry.
• You have experience of creating and implementing action plans, setting budgets and meeting and following up on goals.
• We are looking for you who have strong leadership skills and can lead and inspire a big team.
What you'll be doing day to day
• Ensuring our guests are always in focus, initiating a constant dialogue and taking actions to improve the customer experience.
• Contributing in the creation of the IKEA store business plan and ensuring that national and global strategies are aligned with local priorities.
• Ensuring a relevant IKEA Food offer by combining and driving range presentation, volume and commercial priorities.
• Promoting a safety first culture and ensuring that routines are known by colleagues and followed in all daily work.
Your salary starts at : 3544€ gross per month.
